Master Chief Petty Officer Brandon R. Majors enlisted in the United States Navy at Los Angeles, California MEPS, 5 September 2002 and reported to Recruit Training Command Great lakes, Illinois.

Born in Bishop, California and raised in Big Pine, California, CMDCM Majors graduated From Big Pine High School in June 2002.

Following the completion of basic training, he graduated Hull Technician “A” school before reporting to his first ship, USS HIGGINS DDG-76 home ported in San Diego, CA. His Sea duty assignments include USS JOHN PAUL JONES (DDG-53), USS NIMITZ CVN-68, USS ANCHORAGE LPD-23, and USS CARTER HALL (LSD-50) as Repair Division LCPO.

His shore assignments were Port Operations Naval Base Coronado Regional Welder, Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) CODE 920 leading Chief Petty Officer, and Senior Enlisted Advisor at Fort Jackson Military Entrance Processing Station Columbia, South Carolina.

Master Chief Majors was selected, tested and accepted into the Chief’s Mess September 16, 2015. In June of 2019, he was advanced to Senior Chief Petty Officer onboard USS CARTER HALL (LSD-50). CMDCM is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy Class 233 (Purple). CMC/COB Course (Class 234). Selected as Command Senior Chief in February 2021, and Command Master Chief February 2023. Along with multiple unit and campaign awards, CMDCM Majors personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3), Joint Services Achievement Medal (1), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (6), Good Conduct Service Medal (5), and the Armed Forces Service Medal. He is qualified as an Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist (CVN/LPD/LSD).
